You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please download and print the return label from our website and attach it to your return package.

    • For Defective Products: If your item is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or has any other defects, please provide details on the return form.
    • For Customer Remorse: If you’ve changed your mind about the product, or it doesn’t fit as expected, simply indicate this on the return form.
  1. Product Condition

We accept returns of products that are in new condition. This includes items unopened in original packaging or never been used. Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging.

  1. Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the product.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.

  1. Refund Policy

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method in USD, which will be automatically converted into your local currency. The refund processing time is approximately 15 days.

  1. Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept exchanges.
